Information Loaf Handles

• Workout content you create, including plans, custom exercises, routines, notes, sets, repetitions, weight, timers, completion status, and workout history.
• Progress and exercise photos you choose from your library or capture with the camera.
• Preferences such as weight unit, available equipment, Body Weight Only, theme, and workout display options.
• Purchase status supplied by Apple when you use Premium.

How Information Is Used

Your content is used to provide workout planning, active-session tracking, history, progress charts, exercise filtering, and progress galleries. Loaf stores this content locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not operate a developer-controlled cloud database.

Camera and Photo Library

Loaf requests camera or photo-library access only when you use exercise or progress-photo features. The photos you select or capture are stored with the app's local data. They are not intentionally uploaded to developer-controlled servers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Apple processes Premium purchases and provides the transaction status needed to unlock equipment workouts, grip-strength tools, progress photos, and custom training. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Subscription management and restoration are handled through Apple.

External Links

Some exercise resources may open a website or another app. When you choose to open an external link, the destination handles your activity under its own privacy policy.

Diagnostics

We may receive crash logs or diagnostics that you choose to share with Apple and developers. This information is used to diagnose bugs and improve stability.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not require an account or login.
• We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not intentionally upload your workout history or progress photos to developer-controlled servers.

Your Choices

You control camera and photo-library access through iOS Settings. Loaf provides controls for separately clearing workout history, custom workouts, custom exercises, and progress photos. Removing the app removes its locally stored app data, subject to device backups managed by Apple.
