Danksy ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app stores, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Data We Collect
- Art entries you create in the app, including saved photos and the prompt details attached to them.
- The app theme you choose in Settings.
- Images you select when using the AR trace flow.
- Exported files only when you choose to export art from the app.
How We Use Data
- To generate and display prompts inside the app.
- To save your art and its prompt history on your device.
- To show your gallery and AR tracing experiences.
- To export art files to a folder you select.
- To remember the theme you selected for the interface.
Local Storage
Danksy stores its data locally on your device using the app's on-device data store. The app does not require an account, and it does not use CloudKit for sync in the current version.
Camera and Photos Access
Danksy uses the camera when you choose to capture or work with an art photo, and it can access your photo library when you select a reference image for AR tracing. These actions happen only when you start them in the app.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not require an account or login.
- We do not run third-party advertising SDKs.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your art for advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not share your art data with third parties except when you export files yourself or when Apple services are involved in normal app-store or system-level device behavior.
